Staff very professional and kept me updated on the service needed and the repair that my car needed. I was able to get my repair done the same day.

You were able to take an extra step to replace windshield wiper blades for free on my new car when you identified that they are worn out. You were also detailed in checking other items on the car and put the right level of oil at the change (in the past I experienced that VW techs at other dealers were overfilling).

Copying the email I sent to the GM Chris Sanders when he asked for feedback Thanks Chris for reaching out. Obviously, we did end up leasing the ID4 last week, so we can say things ended up well overall. However, it's worth giving your whole team some feedback on both ends. BTW, I got an official survey about this as well, will probably duplicate a lot of my thoughts there. When we came to VW of Kirkland, we were still investigating EVs and weren't sure which brand/model we'd choose. We had checked out and driven the Ioniq 5, Mercedes EQB, Honda Prologue. Overall, the ID4 AWD PRO S PLUS was the best option, the car sold itself overall. We have mixed experiences with the staff and leasing process at your place. I'll summarize. We did go in cold, without appointment, no prior VW dealer contact. Got greeted by Drew, one of the sales managers. He tasked Daniel (there are 2 of them, the newbie) to deal with us. Brand new guy, very well intentioned, but it was clear he didn't know every detail about the car and leasing process. I suppose one has to start somewhere, but it felt he could have been shadowed by someone more seasoned. He did give some good information, was polite, friendly, but also was lacking some facts/details. Said it was his second week on the job, no direct blame on him but he was allowed to ride solo as a rookie. When both I and my wife test drove the car and were serious about talking deal terms, Drew came back for the negotiations. That part was OK, felt like he tried his best to get us to a deal we could agree on. Once we did agree, he passed it on to Daniel and another salesperson (can't fully remember her name, possibly something that sounds like Thai, but not 100% sure, sorry). She was mentoring Daniel through this process of initial signatures/record collecting for financing. After this, the process completely broke down. We waited close to an house and a half while the paperwork was in process in some ether, and Daniel was around but did not know what was really going on. It was pretty frustrating. At last, some finance guy showed up (can't remember his name). Have to say we had the worst experience with him. First when we mentioned we had been waiting so long, his counter was "well nobody brought me the paperwork till very recently", which showed someone dropped the ball somewhere and neither Daniel nor anybody else was able to pick it up. The finance guy was honestly smug and not customer friendly. Twice while we were signing a million documents, I asked him to slow down so I could verify the numbers and he was obviously giving me the eyeroll as in "you're wasting my time". That was rude and unprofessional. The same thing happened when he was quite forceful about the optional add-on care/insurance packages, and we declined. Definitely the low point of the whole visit. When it came to taking delivery of the car, both Thai (sp?) and Daniel stopped by to explain a few things. This was OK, though we didn't get a few things clarified (like why couldn't we add 2 main users to the car settings), but figured we'd read the manuals, watch the videos later. At that point we had been in the dealership for over 5 hours and were running out of steam. Daniel said he'd call in 24 hours to check how things are. We heard nothing from anyone (it's been 9 days+ now) Overall, we're happy with the car so far, which is the key point. The experience with your dealership is average at best. We hope as we have future dealings with your dealership (getting plates, possibly servicing etc) we have a more solid experience overall. Best regards

The whole process of getting a car from Kirkland VW was such a great experience. I had gone to several other locations before them, but they were by far the best team I worked with. They were friendly, and I never felt like they were pushing anything on me. It was also fast paperwork once we had come to an agreement. Great experience!
