There was a recall on my car, which needed the car to stay in the shop for the entire day. The service team refused to provide me with a ride to work which was less than 3 miles away. The options for me was either pay for an uber which costed me $30 back and forth, or reschedule for July timeframe. Note this is a recall which puts the passenger in my car at risk. Secondly, when buying the car I was told all maintenance was included for the first two years, but when I brought the car for an oil change, they offered to rotate my tires and then charged me $50 for it. So, total I was charged $80 for a service appointment (for a recall and first year oil change) that I thought was free. This was all told to me in a matter of fact way, with no empathy or concern for my position. Really poor customer service.

I have bought a new VW Atlas in your dealership in 2021. A warning light has come up in my car referring to a potential coolant issue. I scheduled a meeting, Tuesday 25th of February to check the car. When I brought the car, I was told that diagnoses require the car to be held for 2 days – I was not told that by phone. This is the only car I have to drive my 3 kids to school and I cannot easily leave it without prior warning. I am happy to wait and asked to schedule a meeting when a diagnostic technician was available and learned that no same-day diagnostic meetings can be made, the car has to be here physically to be “in the queue”. This makes no sense at all. Additionally, no loaner cars were available for over 2 months. Terrible customer policies from the phone call to the drop off of the car.
