I felt so upset after the maintenance service on 2/28/2025. My VW ID4 never has the door open issue and the maintenance check said everything is good. However, just after the service, I drove home and the driver door cannot open for three days. I made a call today and they said that’s the recall issue happened randomly and I was so lucky? I asked to fix that issue but they said I need to wait for five days and it will take 5 days to repair without any loaner car available until June…

This is the second car I've purchased here. The General Manager, Tony Pho, and I have developed a relationship and he treats me right on all my car transactions. The salesperson assigned to me, Daniel Lagunes, does a very thorough and professional job of completing my transactions.
