I really appreciated how the dealership included my wife as an equal through out the process and addressed her with no assumptions that the purchase decision was mine solely. Unlike Rodland Toyota treated her as if she was just a common house wife and was very disrespectful.
Our sales person Chris was easy going, genuine and good humor, he made the buying process an easy process with no unwanted surprises. We appreciate his honesty and sincerity.

The work done seems ok……. However my wife still has trouble with the chosen route on her phone not showing on the display. She tried 4-5 times with no luck for an important doctors meeting. On the way home the direction route popped up w/o being requested. Go figure🤪

The dealership is fine. Volkswagen’s tech support is disappointingly subpar. When I received the car back after the recent software recall, the car could not recognize me as primary user. After over an hour and a half being shuffled through four different tech support people, each of whom was clueless about how to deal with the problem, I was cut off. After another call and another hour wait, the support person indicated that the car was offline and couldn’t communicate. I finally took the car back to the dealer who is now playing phone tag with VW tech support trying to get the car to communicate
