Bring back the car wash or car wash coupon, then that would be awesome! We got our car back the same dirty car we left so it didn't feel like we got an improved car, even though we got all of the recalls done. In any case, we got to use a loaner and the fellas were quick about checking in and out.

It a not that I think they're bad, I just think they could have charged less for diagnosing a dead battery. The total charge to diagnose and install the new battery was $816.

The lack of loaner car or drop off / pickup is annoying. Add to that the I called 3 times to just get a hold of someone and was asked to give lots info and no one called me back is a waste of my time. Then the car was not washed or cleaned after spending $2500 is just poor customer experience
