Early in, early out. Fast complimentary oil change and recall correction on infotainment system completed. The service team is very friendly. The only feedback I would add is it would be nice if they vacuumed the car. Most dealerships wash and vac nowadays after servicing vehicles.

I want to first start off with I have always had a wonderful experience at Volkswagen of Kirkland. That experience has now turned sour because of how my service appointment went on Monday December 30th. I went in for my scheduled 40K for my 2021 VW Tiguan as I have paid for a maintenance package for my vehicle when I bought it back in 2020. Daniel was my service advisor and let me know after they did the inspection of my vehicle. My rear brakes were at 2mm and need to be replaced. I was confused on how they were so low since my front brakes were still at 8mm. a rear brake job that Daniel had quoted me was over $1,100. I told him that is not realistic and I can't do that right now. I went to a different dealership and mechanic that I have known for a very long time that same day. My front brakes are at 9mm and my rear brakes are at 6mm. Not only was I completely upset that I was lied to by Daniel, but the mechanic isn't even measuring my brakes correctly in the first place. This is not okay and I hope they aren't doing this to other customers.
