Tristen only cared about upselling me. Refused to patch my tire so I went to Les Schwab he : charged me 50 bucks to take the tire with the leak in it off even though they were already taking the tire off to inspect the breaks (175). I came in to see if it was covered under warranty because only one break was causing issues, once I learned it wasn’t I informed him my husband would fix it. As I left he patronized me about how I was making a mistake clearly oblivious as to why I wouldn’t pay over 4,000 for new tires, key battery, oil change and breaks, even after stating that money was tight. If you want to try to upsell me and not offer any solutions that work with me that’s fine but don’t patronize me as I’m driving away because I didn’t don’t up for it.

The repair was fixed at no cost to me as I was found not to be at fault by any of my driving and no evidence of damage to the car. Thus it was caused by the company doing the road reconstruction, lack of signage, but by nothing done by me or my driving. The part should not have failed.
