    The experience was not negative or positive. The employee that checked me in did not greet me and finished whatever he was doing and then told me I could come over. I was checked in and then told to wait in the chairs. My wait was 2 1/2 hours, that was fine. I left the dealership and waited to be texted. When I picked up my car, it was left out in the parking lot, not washed and not vacuumed. This was for my 50,000 mile service.

    Scheduling and everything was great, except for the check engine light illuminating after delivery. Would be great if vehicles received a post scan prior to delivery. Vw of Kirkland is great!

    I brought my Atlas in because the coolant was low and they said the hood latch was broken and asked what I did to it. I let them know that I have literally never opened my hood and the last time it was opened was when I had my oil change done at your dealership. The manager (she was in the private office in the service department) was extremely rude and told me "it's plastic, plastic breaks" when I asked if it was normal for it to just break. She was anything but friendly and her attitude unprofessional. The service consultant was trying to be helpful despite the manager's rudeness. I ended up having to bring the car back later that day so they could take the trim off and get inside the engine. The "broken" hood latch ended up just being loose and they filled the coolant and I was on my way. The service consultant people were great and helpful. It was just the person I assume was a manager that was absolutely out of line in how she spoke to me.
