    I have had an amazing experience every time I have visited the Service Department at VW Kirkland. The staff is beyond friendly, and they always make sure you are up to date with what's happening with your car. The Service Manager is absolutely great and on top of everything that needs to happen in order to keep customers happy and satisfied with the service provided to their car.
