The whole process of getting a car from Kirkland VW was such a great experience. I had gone to several other locations before them, but they were by far the best team I worked with. They were friendly, and I never felt like they were pushing anything on me. It was also fast paperwork once we had come to an agreement. Great experience!

Great experience from the start of the process...my representative had excellent product knowledge and helped familiarize me with the vehicle, and the entire team helped make the buying experience easy and efficient.

We had a great experience at Volkswagen of Kirkland. Daniel Lagunes was a great salesperson that I would recommend to my friends and family.

Second time the engine oil is overfilled (screen showed warning).

Fast, easy, good communication. Really well done, much better than prior experiences with the same dealer. The woman who manages the department is amazing and always has been, but those that help directly have been less consistent, this experience with John was top notch

Nature of engine failure at low mileage. An intake cam bearing failures is an indication of insufficient lubrication. Scarcity of replacement parts, slow shipping of parts. Scrupulously followed maintenance regimen. Suspect that 10,000 mile oil change interval with synthetic oil is a scam. Service rep states that VW has no policy for more frequent synthetic oil change when vehicle used in "extreme" environments. No mention in owner manual of operating in extreme conditions such as towing ( I don't), or high temperature operation requiring more frequent oil changes. I live in Phoenix Arizona. I am already unhappy that the vehicle has inadequate air conditioning for desert southwest. I now suspect vehicle is falling apart after only 90,000 miles.
