Brought my Golf in for a recall and also to get the tire pressure monitoring system set up. They didn't offer a loaner car for the recall, which was disappointing since it took half a day to complete. I also asked to get the tire pressure checked and the monitoring system set up, which they said they did; however, when I got home I realized neither was done.

New registered owner of the car since last service was not updated in VW's records when vehicle was towed in for service and owner presented herself. Service rep lacked courtesy on first visit by new owner. Secondly, VW in Kirkland continues to be backed up in service and do not call back with updates unless being reminded. Also, due to lengthy waiting time, there are not enough courtesy vehicles available, making it very inconvenient to use VW in Kirkland for service. Tech Tristan is very helpful when contacted and has since updated records for the new owner of the vehicle and given update on service. Future service will likely be done at VW Edmonds.
