New registered owner of the car since last service was not updated in VW's records when vehicle was towed in for service and owner presented herself. Service rep lacked courtesy on first visit by new owner. Secondly, VW in Kirkland continues to be backed up in service and do not call back with updates unless being reminded. Also, due to lengthy waiting time, there are not enough courtesy vehicles available, making it very inconvenient to use VW in Kirkland for service. Tech Tristan is very helpful when contacted and has since updated records for the new owner of the vehicle and given update on service. Future service will likely be done at VW Edmonds.

Processional service staff, John, is always helpful and efficient. Our car was in for recalls service and we got the same ID4 loaner, so the experience was smooth and flawless.

My wife and I had a great buying experience with Kaitlyn of Volkswagen of Kirkland. Our experience was soured a bit due to the rude behavior of the finance person, Ian. His attitude was short and dismissive to me and my wife, Sondra. Sondra was turned off and the deal almost fell through because she can't stand rude people especially in a business transaction. The rest of the experience was great as I mentioned at the beginning of this note. Kaitlyn was very knowledgeable about the car we purchased and was able to provide answers to all our questions. She is a great sales person--personable, friendly and professional---! Also, I appreciate your attention and understanding our feelings.
