Matthew who scheduled my appointment was very efficient and explained things well to me. When I checked in, I got very courteous help and it was very pleasant to wait in the lobby for the two hours although some woman was in the back area on her phone continuously talking loudly so I felt I needed to go to the sales area.

I had to call 5 times to reach out service department. It took about 5 hours for me to hear from service manager.

Tommy was great! He is relatively new at selling cars and he let me know that to begin with. He didn't pretend to know the answers when he didn't but asked for help from the other members of his team - Michael, Tony and one other nice gentleman. He listened to what I was interested in and was not pushy! He helped me through the process and was very patient and attentive. It was a pleasant experience.

I love everything about you guys bring my car in. You do what you do, and if something is wrong like a simple thing I pulled back in there cause they pushed buttons on my steering wheel and a nice man came out and fixed it for me.
