    Extremely poorly organized I went to pick up my car on Saturday (August 31st) the service associate saw me and kept me waiting while his coworker was free. The coworker mentioned that he should have called him when the customer was waiting. All this was happening when the service manager was there in her office. She is extremely incompetent .

    I love the people here. Been seeing them since I bought my car here in 2019. (That too was a very smooth experience.) The services personnel are very fast and really easy to talk to. Very friendly. I've never had a bad experience here.

    I had one item (airbag sensor) replaced and upon returning home, I received a recall notice for the repair. Now, I'll have to drive back another 2 hours for that fix. The other issue was a major safety feature, the FRONT ASSIST. I have had multiple issues with this system braking for no reason. They sent an incident report to fill out, and I mistakenly put that days date instead of the "incident date" and they dismissed the issue claiming the dates didn't match their machine and they weren't going to fix it. It was clear that I made a mistake with this as VW Kirkland was in possession of my car at the time. I think this is a major issue, as this is a Safety feature that I now have to disable every time I get in the car. Another issue, the rear trim on my car was damaged at VW and they're claiming I need to pay for a replacement as it's past the warranty date. Another issue, my windshield got hit by a rock and it's in my eye's view. The service attendant claimed he would have someone look at it and it was not addressed. I pay the extra fees on top of my monthly dues, for these things to be fixed.
