I was given all the information up front. When I came in for a recall replacement, they apologized and said they didn't yet have the part. I was called when the part was in and the maintenance only took a day.

Bit dissapointed by the way pickup process and explanation given while getting the keys. I would have appreciated if the person whom i talked didn't explain me anything about the work/service done and also about the recall which i had on my car nothing was explained to me .
