Please include car wash with any service. That’s the basic. My Toyota, Lexus, Infiniti and Mercedes all comes with car wash after any kind of service

I had excellent service at VW Kirkland. I bought my ID4 in for a software update, recall issue and service and was told it would take up to 2 days. I was given a loan car. I got a call back the same afternoon saying it was ready and the cost came in under budget.

Got the job done but I would’ve liked better communication on delivery completion. I dropped the car off on Wednesday and hadn’t heard anything by lunchtime on Friday. After leaving a VM, I got a call back that it would be ready on Monday.
