Your service advisors are crooked. I realize they work on commission, but that is no excuse to advise unnecessary service. I brought my car in last week for its first complimentary service. Yet the service advisor (can't remember his name, his desk is on the far left upon entering) told me that I needed things such as new wiper blades ($40) and a tire rotation ($70) after looking at my car for less than two minutes. He said that my car was "well over a year old". I said, "Wait, WHAT?? I just bought it 6 months ago!!" I bought my car in December 2024, brand new with 80 miles on it. He was quiet, then more than likely realized his scam would not work with me. I was pretty mad at that point. I knew exactly what he was doing. I will NEVER again bring my car to your location. SHAME ON YOU.

Service advisor John Brulotte was great. Professional and efficient. The tech or techs that worked on my car were sloppy. Both battery terminal cover were left off the battery. I found one battery terminal cover bouncing around the engine bay. The second one was nowhere to be found. The high gloss black plastic on the center console near the shifter was covered in smudges and fingerprints. This area of the car was much dirtier then when the car went into service.

Easy to make an appointment. Service was done in a timely manner. Waiting room was comfortable. Service coordinator was friendly and communicated well

$540 for A/C diagnostics seems really expensive and to find out that all I needed was to recharge the freon was a little hard to swallow. Dropped off the car at 10 am. I was called at 4 pm and told that the technician was having a hard time diagnosing the issue. The next morning, I was told, oh nothing was wrong, they charged up the freon so come and pay $600. The freon was last recharged in 2022. 2-1/2 to 3 years to recharge the freon doesn't seem to make sense if there is not leak in the system.
