The whole buying experience was well handled. Between being reached out by Mike (Sales manager) in response to an inquiry, discussing my concerns and offering different options between the same trim, and then the transition to Drew, and then the buying process with Drew and Moe was very smooth. Drew did a lot of the legwork ahead of time, and gave me the time I needed to make decisions prior to returning to ultimately make the purchase.
