Our salesperson was great, they were patient, thoughtful, and attentive. If she couldn't answer a question, she got an answer from another, more seasoned staff member from the dealership. The car is fantastic.

I had service completed back in December of 2024 (front strut assemblies) and after that work was completed I started hearing squeaking noises from the new parts (upper strut bearings) and noises while driving at slow speeds. I brought the vehicle back in (very little mileage driven from the prior service date) so I brought it back to look at issues with the prior repairs/service. At the end I was advised that they were not able to find the noises and/or they were normal. I was still charged diagnostic fees for looking at prior service repairs under warranty. This was an incredibly disappointing experience considering the noise is still present. We were thinking about trading in our atlas here however the quality of the service department is a critical factor when looking at dealerships and brands.

This was my first service at Kirkland VW since purchasing my new GTI a couple weeks ago. The service rep John was friendly and efficient. The service rep took care of the issue and had it back to me within 30 minutes. It was a very good first impression.

The person tries to sell more to me. First he asked me to do 70K miles service though car has run only 50K. When I asked the price difference reason between them he could not explain to me. Later he said I might need to change battery and brake which costs 1600$. I went Les Schwab and did the inspection they said all look good and no need to change anything. It kind of pissed me off as why would VW tries to replace soemthign which I would not have to. I feel like I should not be considering VW while getting the next car.
