Appointment was made months in advance and I arrived only to find that the warranty work couldn't be completed because there was an inventory problem. Dealership could have called and saved me a two hour commute. Total waste of time. They didn't even clean the car. Hope to find another VW dealership to do any future work - warranty or scheduled.

I was told that the issue for which I brought my vehicle in was resolved, but it was not. I brought it in because the brake pedal was squeaky. I was told that it was fixed, but the very next day it was still squeaking, and now, 11 days later, it is worse than ever. Honestly, I wonder if the technician even drove the car. Very disappointing.

There was a recall on my car, which needed the car to stay in the shop for the entire day. The service team refused to provide me with a ride to work which was less than 3 miles away. The options for me was either pay for an uber which costed me $30 back and forth, or reschedule for July timeframe. Note this is a recall which puts the passenger in my car at risk.
Secondly, when buying the car I was told all maintenance was included for the first two years, but when I brought the car for an oil change, they offered to rotate my tires and then charged me $50 for it. So, total I was charged $80 for a service appointment (for a recall and first year oil change) that I thought was free.
This was all told to me in a matter of fact way, with no empathy or concern for my position. Really poor customer service.
