So many things went wrong on this last visit!!!! My car ended up getting a new battery. The next day the engine was sparking and the car died. The battery cover had not been installed correctly?! I called at start of the day to discuss the issue and let them know that I was coming back and could not get call a back after being told that all representatives were busy. Incredibly frustrating and poor service. After having this repair done, now my second trip to the delayed ship my check engine light immediately came on! Another repair needed. This one took a new part ordered in and a few days. The car was not ready when promised by my service representative forgot pt call and let me know?! Again incredibly poor service. I am beyond disappointed at my experience here. Worst of all I chose to have my car towed here initially when I could have gone closer to home or where aaa recommended. Silly me!

Sorry, but the technician did a bad job and I had to urgently return my car. I didn't even have time to drive away from the service center and the transmission check immediately lit up. I had to leave the car for inspection and repair.

I called early am- John told me to bring my car in and said he would get it taken care of and they actually did…and in an expedient manner!

The replacement of two tires took 3 days. My car was not washed nor was it charged. The service professional was anything but. He was slow to return calls and keep my updated on progress.
